Screech owls are in every suburban and rural neighborhood. The critical shortage in their lives is suitable nesting sites. These cavity nesters take readily to a proper sized owl housewith a 3 inch entry hole.  This gable roof design is built of cedar with no-rust hardware; with proper drainage holes and a side clean-out, it's just what you need.

Mount 10-20 feet above the ground on tree or post. Put it where you can see it at twilight - it's fun to watch the little owls peering out of the entry hole, preparing to hunt.

This house is also suitable for American Kestrel, our common little open-country falcon. Place on pole or tree away from roads and buildings.
