Peanut Feeders
Artline Wire Mesh Peanut/Seed Feeder
| Big and pretty! Large Deluxe Wire Mesh Feeder from Artline. Clinging and perching birds will love this large capacity feeder.
Perfect for holding sunflower seed, safflower seed, peanuts, or cracked corn. We recommend a mix of 75% black oil sunflower and 25% shelled peanuts – the peanuts will draw the woodpeckers and titmice, and the sunflower will attract virtually everything else! Bright copper roof has protective lacquer coating to help prevent tarnishing. |
Cattail Wire Mesh Feeder
Cattail Mesh Feeder – all metal construction and perfect for offering sunflower seed and peanuts (we recommend a 3:1 mix) in a garden corner. It’s great for clinging birds. 36″ metal stake is adorned with realistic cattail leaves and topped by a mesh cylinder with a screw-off cap for security and easy filling. Holds about 1/2 pound of sunflower.
A grouping of three or four looks great at garden edge or near the pond!
Sunflower Stake Feeder
Sunflower Wire Mesh Stake Feeder. What could be better for holding sunflower seed than this round, bright yellow sun-shaped feeder? Clinging Birds will love it! Lift off top for easy filling. Mounted on a 36″ ground stake. Holds approximately 1/2 lb of sunflower seed.
Woodlink Caged Screen Sunflower Feeder
| We call this one “Jane’s Feeder” after a wonderful lady who owns about a half-dozen. It’s a 1/4″ mesh tube inside a 1″ metal cage, and a terrific value as a squirrel-proof feeder! 1.25 lb seed capacity.
How it works: Small birds cling to the outer cage and reach in to pull seed from the inner mesh tube. Squirrels can’t reach the seed, and larger birds like doves, blackbirds and jays are uncomfortable, trying to hang on for a meal. Caged tube feeders come fully assembled, satisfaction guaranteed. May be mounted on a 1 in pole – no bracket required. Squirrel resistant! Powder-coated metal grids make it easy for birds to feed and move around, while protecting them from predators. Use Black Oil Sunflower or shelled peanuts – we recommend a mix that’s about 75% sunflower and 25% peanuts. |
